May 1: Supported by the Provincial Health Office and Ronda Probinsya, Governor Rogelio “Ruel” Pacquiao’s flagship program, DokVice organized a medical outreach in Brgy. Nalus, Kiamba, providing essential medical check-ups and medicines to senior citizens and children, emphasizing the importance of regular hospital visits for proper healthcare.

May 8: Vice Governor Elmer supported a coastal cleanup drive and mangrove planting in Brgy. Lun Masla, Malapatan, in celebration of Ocean Month, encouraging sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.

May 9: The doctor conducted a medical consultation in Purok Ipil-Ipil, Brgy. Nalus, Kiamba, providing accessible healthcare and free medicines to residents, from the Office of Governor Ruel Pacquiao, upon request of Barangay Captain Hon. Ruben Atiga.

May 9: Vice Governor Dr. Elmer T. De Peralta represented the Provincial Local Government of Sarangani at a dinner meeting in General Santos City, attended by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. and a mix of national and local officials. The gathering focused on discussing key regional issues and identifying pathways for progress across the Soccsksargen Region, highlighting a shared commitment to regional development and effective governance.

May 10: The gentleman from Kiamba joined the Serbisyo Caravan in Barangay Zion, Maitum, with Mayor Brian Reganit, providing free eyeglasses, clothes, snacks, and supporting Governor Pacquiao’s Ronda Probinsya by distributing rice and slippers.

May 15: Dokie also attended the annual fiesta of Barangay Amsipit in Maasim, promoting community engagement and unity and hosted by Barangay Captain Hon. Helario Kaka.

May 17: As a member of the Sarangani Chapter of the Eagles, Dr. Elmer attended the TFOE-PE Induction of Officers and Turn Over Ceremony, highlighting the commitment of Eagles clubs to Brotherhood, Unity, Service, and Divine Power.

May 20: The Vice Governor participated in the Sarangani Capitol Employees’ Mother’s Day Celebration, honoring the dedication of mothers in the Provincial Local Government.

May 22: Vice Gov Elmer spoke at the Reducing the Risk of Trafficking in Person and Forced Labor in Fishing Communities (RTFC) Project workshop, empowering fisherfolk in General Santos and Sarangani Province.

May 25: With thousands of SarBay SEAtizens, DokVice and his wife, joined the 18th Sarangani Bay Festival Opening in Reyes Beach, Glan in support of the province’s advocacy to promote the province’s reputation as premier destination for recreation and ecological sustainability.

May 26: Vice Gov Elmer represented Governor Rogelio D. Pacquiao at an orientation session on the Regional Project Monitoring and Evaluation System (RPMES), enhancing project monitoring and evaluation methodologies.

May 29: Presided over the 2nd Quarter Joint Emergency Meeting of the Provincial Government Unit of Sarangani, in behalf of Governor Ruel Pacquiao. The meeting focused on reviewing programs, projects, and activities for inclusion in the Annual Investment Plan for CY 2025.
