The City Government of General Santos is calling all its residents to be vigilant. They are urging them to REPORT POSSIBLE CASES OF COVID-19 in their communities by accessing the official website of the city (https://eportal.gensantos.gov.ph) and clicking the GREEN Banner at the home page.
Based on the Proclamation No. 922 by the President of the Philippines declaring a state of Public Health Emergency throughout the Philippines due to COVID 19 local transmission, and Executive Orders No. 11 to 12 Series of 2020 by City Mayor, Ronnel C. Rivera, the GenSan City Health Office is requesting everyone’s vigilant support by reporting suspected cases in their school, company and immediate community. This will help their health personnel to assess and manage probable cases of COVID-19.
This online system will make critical information efficiently accessible to the City Health Office. Rest assured, all information shared will be treated as highly CONFIDENTIAL and proper information security protocols will be observed.
