[dropcap]I[/dropcap]t was another star studded evening in General Santos City as its most favored son, Boxing Champ and now Senator of the land, Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao celebrated his 38th Birthday on December 17, 2016.

If former presidents Joseph Estrada and Gloria Arroyo were special guests in his past birthday celebrations, this time it was the turn of current President Rodrigo Duterte to grace Pacman’s big day with his presence.
