I am very proud to share with you 360 degrees images of Plaza Heneral Santos, the public park of my hometown, General Santos City.
Although Google Street View has already captured its periphery, we still have not seen 360 images of what’s inside.

Located right at the heart of the city’s government center, it contains the remains of the late General Paulino Santos, the city’s namesake and his wife, entombed under a shrine dedicated to him.
Just recently, a shrine for the 300 or so fishermen who perished at sea during the rampage of Typhoon Pablo in December 2012, was also built within the park. Gensan, known as the Tuna Capital of the Philippines considers fishing as it major industry.
A few weeks ago, the Mayor’s Office with SMART and PLDT launched a FREE PUBLIC WIFI in the park, in simple ceremonies. Now, anyone can log in to the public access hotspot and enjoy surfing the web.
But for now, check out the 360 images below of Plaza Heneral Santos and marvel at its sheer beauty. I am proud of this park.
