SarMed offers Emergency Medicine, Outpatient Department, Radiology Department (X-ray, CT scan, Ultrasound), Laboratory, Pharmacy, Rehab Medicine, Cardio-Pulmonary Unit (2D Echo, Stress Echo), Internal Medicine and component specialties, General Pediatrics and subspecialties, NICU, Obstetrics and Gynecology, General Surgery and specialties with four operating room theatres, Endoscopic Unit, Intensive Care Unit and PICU, and Ambulance Conduction.
The opening of SarMed two years ago did not only provide the people of the south with an option for medical service providers. It also elevated the quality of medical services available in the south.
It opened its doors in the midst of the 2020 pandemic, and has since served the city of General Santos as one of the Level 2 hospitals.

On April 2, 2022, its 2nd year celebration was spearheaded by SarMed’s President, Mr. Wilfredo T. Royeca, Chairman of the Board, Dr. Rizaldy Nolasco; Corporate Secretary, Dr. Vina Nolasco; Board of Directors, Mrs. Maria Carmela Royeca, Dr. Vincent Roderick Fajardo, Dr. Jean Royeca-Fajardo, Mr. and Mrs. Pepe Cailing, Board of Director / Chief of Clinics, Dr. Raymund Gagwis; Medical Director, Dr. Terence Jason Flores and Hospital Administrator, Marcelino Dospueblos.
It was also attended by other Founders, Dr. Adrian Lucero, Dr. Myleen Lucero; SarMed’s Shareholders (Medical and Non- Medical ), SarMed’s department heads, industry partners, media, and special guests led by Gensan City Mayor Ronnel C. Rivera and First Lady Jane G. Rivera.
The anniversary celebration highlights the growth of SarMed with a focus on its expansion plans such as the introduction of its Ambulatory Surgery Unit, the increasing of the machines of its Renal Dialysis Unit from 5 to 15, the restructuring of the Out-Patient Department, and the development of the Out-Patient Antibiotic Treatment Facility (OPAT). These are all in line with SarMed’s vision to be a premier healthcare facility in Southern Mindanao.
