As a follow through to my post about the invasion of Starbucks in GenSan (read post by clicking here), I am pleased to announce that they have recently released a list of job vacancies for their upcoming branch at the Home of Champions!

But first, some background briefer about the company….  [quote1]

Starbucks Coffee Company is the world’s top retailer, roaster and brand of specialty coffee in the world, with over 15,000 retail locations in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim.

In December 4, 1997, the Philippines became the 3rd market to open outside North America with its very first branch at the 6750 Ayala Building in Makati City.

To date there are 195 Starbucks stores across the country, 3 of them in Mindanao – Abreeza Mall (Davao), Limketkai Center (Cagayan de Oro), and SM City (Davao).

General Santos City is hosting its 4th in Mindanao, at the SM City and set to open by the 3rd quarter of this year!
