“Manny” the documentary about filipino boxer turned congressman, Manny Pacquiao, will finally be screened to the public.
It will have its world premier at the Southwest Film Festival and Conference in Austin, Texas on March 8, 2014 as one of the entries in the Documentary Spotlight Category.
This documentary which is directed by Ryan Moore and Academy Award Winner Leon Gast (for “When We Were KIngs”) is narrated by Academy Award Nominee Liam Neeson.
It will feature Manny’s rise from obscurity to stardom, his life’s ups and downs and his roles as father, national treasure, a politician and as a celebrity.
Reportedly, a good number of celebrities have agreed to be interviewed in the documentary, most of them Manny Pacquiao’s friends and admirers, notably Jimmy Kimmel, Mark Wahlberg, Jeremy Piven, Oscar De la Hoya, Freddie Roach and many more, including some notable Pinoys.

And just recently, the narrator, actor Liam Neeson guested on the “Jimmy Kimmel Show”” where he did a funny impression of Manny Pacquiao while being interviewed by the host, who as mentioned earlier, also guests on the Pacman documentary. Here is the video…
“Manny”, the documentary will hit theaters worldwide beginning March 12, 2014. Watch out for it!
