General Santos City, March 27, 2025 – All eyes are on the Grand Summit Hotel today as General Santos City hosts the 7th India Business Roadshow, a high-level business event that seeks to unlock new trade and investment opportunities between India and the Philippines.

Co-hosted by the Embassy of India, the India Business Forum (IBF), and the General Santos City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (GSCCCII), the roadshow is set to welcome Ambassador Harsh Kumar Jain, India’s top diplomat to the Philippines, along with GSCCCII President Migs Dominguez, and a diverse delegation of Indian companies and local business leaders.

Slated to begin this morning, the event will highlight sector-specific B2B meetings focused on key industries such as Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Agriculture, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, and Transportation.

“This is an incredible opportunity for Gensan’s entrepreneurs and investors to build real, lasting partnerships with Indian businesses,” said GSCCCII President Migs Dominguez ahead of the opening program.

The roadshow also promises valuable insights into the investment climate of General Santos City and the broader Mindanao region, serving as a platform for global collaborations and future economic growth.

Walk-ins and last-minute registrants are still welcome. Interested participants may contact 0933 331 5243 or email gscchamberofcommerce@gmail.com for details. On-site QR code registration is also available.
