The ceremony opened with Lovella Solis, Senior Manager for Human Resources, who shared the parable of the bamboo. She reminded the scholars that growth often begins unseen, as the bamboo takes years to establish roots before shooting up strong and tall. “It takes patience, perseverance, and faith to endure that stage,” Solis said, encouraging the students to trust the process and remain grounded in their values.
